We will be making some changes to the knowledge base structure for EverQuest 2, and this may result in some knowledge base articles being unavailable. The work is expected to begin on Monday June 15, and be completed by Wednesday June 17. This will not impact any in-game EverQuest 2 systems, and customers will still be able to submit a help request through the In-Game Support tab as needed.
