Getting Spooky in EQII, the Très Français Way
Halloween is one of my favorite times of year. It's so much fun and I look forward to it every year. There's just something about spooky stuff that is exciting. As I kid, I had fun listening to scary ghost stories and watching horror movies, although I had to pay the price of getting scared in the dark.

Test Update Coming Soon and other Tasty Tidbits
Tomorrow, Shards of Destiny is going to the Test server!  Woo Hoo!  We hope you are as excited as we are to see the new content and try it out for yourselves.  I encourage you, if you have time in your busy schedules, to jump onto Test and try the new content out.  We would love to hear your feedback and the more people that take part, the more solid we can make sure this update releases.

 

Changing Roles
In the past couple of weeks, I have been expanded my role at SOE to involve being the producer of EverQuest. Obviously that bears the question regarding my role or the vacant position on Vanguard and PlanetSide.

 

Rosie Rappaport recognized as one of the most influential women developing MMOs
Beckett Massively Online Gamer’s latest issue celebrates the top 10 most influential women developing MMOs.  Rosie Rappaport, Art Director for Free Realms was recognized, along with two others from SOE: Torrie Dorrell and Laralyn McWilliams.

 

SOE Customer Service and Social Media
Where once it was a struggle to get people to just use email, now more and more people have their Myspace accounts, Facebook pages and tweet their day away.  This absolutely applies to SOE customers as you are already online and leading the way.
